About BillDelta
Who we are
BillDelta is an online bill-comparison service operated by Zartec Ai LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company formed July 3, 2025 (New Mexico entity number 0008035271). BillDelta is the name of our service, not your internet or phone provider.
What we do
We help customers understand changes between two bills before they contact their provider. AI extracts visible bill facts and compares charges; a human reviews purchased reports. We provide the analysis directly. We do not resell telecom plans, represent providers, negotiate bills, collect telecom bill payments, or ask for provider account access.
What you purchase
Optional Single Audit: $39 USD, one time. One provider, two bills. No subscription or fee charged by BillDelta for the free preview.
A human reviews your PDF report, then sends it from hello@getbilldelta.com to your checkout email within 2 business days after payment and receipt of two readable bills (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
We explain changes and prepare questions and a call/chat script for you. We do not contact or negotiate with your provider, pay your bill, or change your plan. We do not promise a lower bill.

BillDelta and Zartec Ai LLC have no affiliation, endorsement or operating relationship with Xfinity or Comcast. References to Xfinity, Comcast, Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile describe the bills we can compare, not partnerships. We use our own BillDelta branding.
