The service
BillDelta is an independent bill-analysis service operated by Zartec Ai LLC. It compares documents provided by the customer and may produce explanations, calculations, possible actions, and call or chat scripts. BillDelta is not affiliated with Xfinity, Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, or other providers.
No provider representation
BillDelta does not contact a provider for you, impersonate you, access your provider or bank account, make contractual changes, or accept offers on your behalf. You are responsible for verifying any provider offer and deciding whether to accept it.
No savings guarantee
Past, illustrative, or calculated savings are not a promise. Provider pricing, eligibility, taxes, promotions, equipment requirements, service terms, and customer circumstances vary.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide documents you are authorized to use, avoid uploading passwords or unrelated sensitive records, and ensure that information supplied to BillDelta is accurate. The quality of an analysis depends on document readability and completeness.
Launch offers
The Single Audit costs $39 one time for one provider and compares two successive bills. The Household Audit is not currently available for purchase. The exact scope and delivery estimate shown at checkout control if they differ from older materials.
Human review and limitations
Paid launch audits receive a human accuracy review. BillDelta may ask for a clearer document or flag a finding as uncertain. The service is informational and is not legal, tax, credit, debt-settlement, or financial advice.
