Terms of Service
The service
BillDelta is an independent bill-analysis service operated by Zartec Ai LLC. It compares documents provided by the customer and may produce explanations, calculations, possible actions, and call or chat scripts. BillDelta is not affiliated with Xfinity, Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, or other providers.
No provider representation
BillDelta does not contact a provider for you, impersonate you, access your provider or bank account, make contractual changes, or accept offers on your behalf. You are responsible for verifying any provider offer and deciding whether to accept it.
Analysis, not a promised reduction
We do not promise refunds from your provider, discounts, savings or any particular provider response. The sample on the website is fictional and labeled illustrative. Annual impact is the observed monthly difference multiplied by 12, not a forecast. AI previews can be incorrect; uncertainty and readability affect the analysis.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide documents you are authorized to use, avoid uploading passwords or unrelated sensitive records, and ensure that information supplied to BillDelta is accurate. The quality of an analysis depends on document readability and completeness.
Price, scope and delivery
Optional Single Audit: $39 USD, one time. One provider, two bills. No subscription or fee charged by BillDelta for the free preview.
A human reviews your PDF report, then sends it from hello@getbilldelta.com to your checkout email within 2 business days after payment and receipt of two readable bills (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
We explain changes and prepare questions and a call/chat script for you. We do not contact or negotiate with your provider, pay your bill, or change your plan. We do not promise a lower bill.

The PDF includes a comparison with bill evidence, monthly and annualized differences, a personalized action plan, and a script/checklist for your own conversation with the provider. Your purchase is from Zartec Ai LLC for BillDelta’s analysis, not a payment to your telecom provider. The Household Audit is not offered for sale. If documents are incomplete, we contact your checkout email; the delivery period begins when the required readable documents and payment have been received.
Human review and limitations
Paid launch audits receive a human accuracy review. BillDelta may ask for a clearer document or flag a finding as uncertain. The service is informational and is not legal, tax, credit, debt-settlement, or financial advice.
