Refund Policy
Limited analysis guarantee
If BillDelta cannot produce an actionable analysis from the documents you provide, BillDelta will refund the audit fee. We may first ask for a clearer or complete bill when the submitted document is unreadable or missing necessary pages.
What the guarantee does not cover
A refund is not owed merely because a provider declines to reduce a bill, a promotion is unavailable, the customer chooses not to act, or the customer does not obtain savings. BillDelta provides analysis and an action plan; it does not control provider decisions.
How to request a refund
Email hello@getbilldelta.com with the audit reference and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times vary.
