Email hello@getbilldelta.com. Include your BillDelta audit reference when available. The same address sends your human-reviewed PDF report to your checkout email within the delivery period in our Terms. We do not offer provider telephone support; contact your provider directly for account changes, outages or bill payment.

Privacy and deletion requests

Use the same email for access, correction or deletion requests. Do not include passwords, login codes, full card numbers or identity documents in an initial email. We may ask for limited information to verify that you are authorized to make the request. See our Privacy Policy for the difference between deleting uploaded copies and deleting analysis records.
